We are searching for a talented Business Development Manager focused on the Industrial Sector to join our Strategic Vertical GTM Organization. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong passion for Industrial Cybersecurity, Operational Technology (OT) environments, and critical infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by effectively translating complex industrial security challenges into successful sales outcomes.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in industrial security sales and business development to lead and scale our industrial-focused sales initiatives across the Americas, collaborating closely with field sales teams and our strategic customers.

  • Drive sales and business development for the Industrial Sector (Manufacturing & Utilities) throughout the Americas.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams, SEs, and partners to advance opportunities centered on industrial use cases.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements, positioning OT and industrial security solutions that align with operational and business needs.
  • Act as the Industrial Security Subject Matter Expert for the Americas field organization.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Vertical GTM, and Services teams to refine use cases, messaging, and GTM execution.
  • Engage in value-based discussions with customers, linking OT use cases to business impacts, including downtime and operational continuity.
  • Develop structured, repeatable sales strategies based on use cases relevant to manufacturing and utilities.
  • Support the creation of strong business cases to enhance customer engagement and advance deal progression.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable sales assets and frameworks tailored for industrial use cases.
  • Drive the consistent application of value-oriented selling practices across the sales field.
  • Enhance pipeline quality through structured, use-case driven customer engagement.
  • Strengthen alignment between customer challenges, solutions, and business outcomes.
  • Support scalable sales strategies across multiple accounts, not just focusing on one-off opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, preferably in a Industrial Vertical Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Proven success in selling within Manufacturing, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of OT Security, ICS environments, and industrial network architectures.
  • Experience engaging with distributed sales organizations and partner ecosystems.
  • Able to lead discussions with executive-level stakeholders including CISO, CIO, OT, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Demonstrated business acumen to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

  • Experience with Network Security, Segmentation, Threat Prevention, or Visibility solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial standards and frameworks relevant to OT environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a natural team-oriented approach.
  • High ownership mentality and capacity to operate independently in a strategic role.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industrial security trends.
