Your primary responsibilities include: Answering inbound calls from members regarding transactions, account history, services, and online banking inquiries Building positive relationships and earning member trust to retain long term connections Understanding Arkansas Federal products and services to enhance member experience Current schedule(s) available Positions are at the new HQ in Little Rock. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. To succeed, you Are friendly, conversational, and trustworthy Are proficient in using call center software and multi channel tools Are passionate and sincerely concerned for others Have 7-11 months experience in banking or customer service within the last two years Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Bilingual Familiar with our industry and products EEO Statement Arkansas Federal Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
