tdgFacilities is seeking a full-time Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician to serve our clients in the Greater Cincinnati area, including Northern Kentucky. In this role, you will perform essential corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance tasks, which may encompass general carpentry, light electrical work, plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance activities. Experience with HVAC filter changes and preventative maintenance is a plus. Additional skills in commercial garage door repair, drywall work, and light construction are also beneficial. This position includes a company vehicle.
Our dedicated teams excel in a culture of balance, teamwork, and delivering results for our valued clients. Typical work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional shared on-call duties among the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely maintain and operate equipment.
- Handle general building maintenance, including on-demand repairs and scheduled upkeep.
- Execute work in skilled areas such as light electrical, plumbing, and systems maintenance.
- Troubleshoot building repair issues.
- Support small projects and special assignments.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections and respond to proactive facilities requests.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and testing activities.
- Manage truck inventory in line with company guidelines.
- Foster client relationships and participate in client meetings.
- Utilize a computer to manage and monitor the work order system.
- Other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Able to self-manage and deliver high-quality services with accountability.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and possess a valid driver's license.
