Are you eager to make an impact? As a Butler Plus team member, you will be the face of our nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection, playing a vital role in the communities we serve. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing outstanding service. No prior experience? No problem! We offer all the training you need to thrive.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $1,200 per Month, paid semi-monthly.
- Incentive Programs: Include Employee Referral, Sales Lead Referral, and Next Day Pay options.
- Shifts available Sunday through Thursday evenings.
- Work hours from 8:00 PM (sharp) until completion (approximately 1 - 1.5 hours on average).

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
- Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged waste from each resident's doorstep.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art mobile app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
- Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart to on-site disposal areas.
- Perform additional services as required, including porter service, bulk item hauling, and light community cleanliness tasks.
- Maintain open communication with your supervisor/manager for effective workflow.
- Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbances to residents.
- Adhere to our core values consistently.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and use hands and arms repetitively.
- Capable of climbing stairs in apartment buildings.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance (mandatory for truck-required properties).
- Have a smartphone to download and utilize the company app.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without compromising service quality.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
