KPMG is looking for a Senior Security Associate specializing in Workday to become part of our dynamic Advisory Technology Organization.
Responsibilities: - Plan and execute client engagements focused primarily on implementing and assessing Workday security environments.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of configurable controls within Workday.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and implement improvements in Workday security and control processes.
- Supervise and mentor Associates during engagements.
- Facilitate client meetings regarding Workday security and controls.
- Contribute to the team's growth by coaching and training members to enhance the Workday knowledgebase.
- Uphold KPMG's standards of integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
Qualifications: - At least two years of recent experience or involvement in two or more complete lifecycle engagements in Financials or Human Capital Management, alongside hands-on Workday implementation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution; Workday Financials or Human Capital Management certification is preferred.
- Prior project or team lead experience in a consulting environment with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of earning the trust of senior executives.
- A strong desire to expand your skills and expertise in Workday security and controls.
- Proficient in managing concurrent projects and meeting deadlines while assuming responsibility and addressing issues.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
